I would like to play game of tennis with Qureshi, says Krishna
Islamabad, Jul 14 (ANI): Ahead of Indo-Pak Foreign Ministers level talks, External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna said in lighter vein that he would like to play tennis match with his Pakistani counterpart Shah Mahmood Qureshi.
The Indian External Affairs Minister arrived on a three-day visit at the Chaklala Air Base along with a 15-member official delegation on Wednesday.
"I do believe in playing tennis. But I don't know if Qureshi plays tennis. If it is so, we would like to play a game of tennis," Krishna said jocularly when asked about resumption of Indo-Pak cricketing ties.
Krishna is an avid sportsperson and plays tennis regularly. (ANI)
